FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for the lymphocyte protection against apoptosis. That is ensured by adding 1,4-dithioerythritol and ascorbic acid in the final concentration of 3.0 mmole and 0.1 mmole respectively to an incubation medium containing lymphocytes.
EFFECT: invention enables protecting lymphocytes against apoptosis by the combined use of ascorbate and SH group protector, 1,4-dithioerythritol.
