SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method for prediction of the effectiveness of the lymphocyte protection against peroxidation by determining the hydroxyl radical concentration which involves complex introduction of 1,4-dithioerythitol and ascorbic acid in the final concentration of 2.5 mM and 0.07 mM respectively into a lymphocyte incubation medium; the lymphocyte protection against hydroxyl radicals is considered to be effective if observing the growth of hydroxyl radicals in the medium up to 7% and less; the protection is stated to be ineffective if the growth of hydroxyl radicals is up to 8% and more.

EFFECT: more accurate prediction; the method is easy to implement and to interpret the obtained results.
