SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry, and can be used for treatment of patients with presence of end defects of dentition. Method of manufacturing on-gum support lies in the following: support teeth are prepared for crowns, working model of jaw is made from plaster. On model place for installation of prosthesis on-gum support is marked. On-gum support with gum surface is made congruent to surface of alveolar process in place of mark. By wax model of support computer scanning is performed. After that, support is milled from titanium or zirconium dioxide on numerical control machine tool. On-gum support for prosthetics contains crown with undetachably fixed in it figured element. Vertical section of figured element looks like two glasses with common bottom. One glass faces gum surface, another faces occlusive surface. In bottom thread for adjusting screw, screwed from the side of occlusive surface, is made. On-gum support is inserted into first glass and is fixed against rotation with locking latch. In initial state on-gum support with side facing occlusive surface is tightly pressed to the bottom of glasses. Prosthesis is manufactured in traditional way. Figured element is glued into crown and on-gum support is inserted into it. Prosthesis is fixed on support teeth by means of screw from non-gum side.

EFFECT: reduction of number of counter-indications for application, increase of physiologicity and reliability.
