SUBSTANCE: terminal device includes a transmitter made with the possibility of transmitting information about possibilities to a base station device; a receiver made with the possibility of receiving a message about reconfiguration of radio resource control (RRC) from the base station device; and a controller made with the possibility of configuring a parameter based on the parameter included in the message about reconfiguration of radio resource control, while information about possibilities includes information about maximum number of MAC objects supported by the terminal device.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of establishing the communication between the terminal communication device and the base station device.
