FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: refractory nickel based alloy for casting of nozzle vanes with equiaxial structure of gas turbine plant comprises the following components in wt %: carbon 0.07-0.10; chrome 20.5-21.6; cobalt 10.8-11.5; tungsten 2.3-2.6; titanium 3.6-3.8; aluminium 2.4-2.7; niobium 0.5-0.8; boron 0.01-0.013, calcium 0.01-0.2; magnesium 0.01-0.2; molybdenum 1.7-2.0; silicon ≤0.1; iron ≤0.1; copper ≤0.05, sulphur ≤0.005; phosphorus ≤0.005; nitrogen ≤20 ppm, oxygen ≤15 ppm, nickel - rest. At that ratio between titanium and aluminium is 1.4-1.55.

EFFECT: alloy is characterised by high values, long-term strength at high work temperatures in combination with high oxidation resistance and corrosion strength, increased structural stability for service life and improved process characteristics.
