SUBSTANCE: invention involves as follows: cell suspension of Tetrahymena pyriformis, a test sample and R2 agent representing a human blood serum with selectively deactivated component C2 by heating are introduced into measuring cells of automated living infusorians counting device to determine a living cell count a minute. A progressing decrease of the living cell count through time is used to calculate a first-order reaction rate constant with determining a slope of living cell count log and time dependence in the period of the observed decrease of the living cell count. The calculated decrease rate constant through time is linearly dependent on component C2 activity.
EFFECT: invention is effective for diagnosing a number of component C2 activity related diseases.
