FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to machine building and can be used for making of flat wire gauzes of preset length and width. Proposed process comprises preparation and arrangement of wire bars. Links of preset profile are bent at lengthwise main bar required number of times to get the preset length of the gauze. Then, at least one or several crosswise bars are arranged on bent lengthwise bar for welding at their intersections. Wire bar ends are bent inside the gauze.

EFFECT: simplified production, flexurally rigid and strong gauze.
