SUBSTANCE: invention relates to liqueurs and spirits industry. The composition ingredients for preparation of aromatic alcohol used in special vodka contains initial ingredients represented by the following components, kg/1000 dal of the composition: low juniper fir-needle - 34.0-36.0, coriander fruits - 5.0-6.0, anise fruits - 1.6-2.2 field caraway fruits - 1.6-2.2, cardamom fruits - 0.1-0.2, licorice roots - 1.2-1.5, water-and-alcohol liquid (70% "LUX" ethyl alcohol) balance.
EFFECT: invention ensures enhancement of biological activity of aromatic alcohol, stability during the storage process, storage life increase, aromatic alcohol organoleptic indices improvement, obtainment of a specific fir-needle aroma with spicy notes and a spicy aftertaste.
