FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: declared group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to urology. An anatomic reinforcement device for reinforcing a human tubular organ. The device comprises a filled cylinder, a support, threads or connective slings fixed to soft tissues, and a pump connected to the cylinder. The device represents an implanted device, and the pump is configured to pump the filled cylinder selectively to clamp the human tubular organ. When implanted, the device provides the urethral reinforcement by placing the filled cylinder close to the urethra. A support holding the filled cylinder is inserted through a perineal section; the support is fixed between the two opposite locking membranes. The pump is inserted inside a scrotum.
EFFECT: support with the pumped cylinder provides urethra retention, controlled cylinder filling, and reduces a risk of organ erosion.
