FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering, and namely to accumulation devices of electrical power based on supercondensers, and can be used in alternative energy sources, for example, in hybrid systems of transport vehicles, wind and solar generators, etc. The device includes at least one supercondenser, to each of which there in-parallel connected are electric circuits of active balancing of voltages, a temperature sensor, a cooling system, a controller and their associated service circuit, which are in-series connected to load. Active balancing circuits of supercondensers include a reference voltage source, two voltage dividers, two comparators, an optical isolation device of an overload signal, a protection circuit of comparators against negative supply voltage, a protection circuit of supercondensers against polarity reversal, low-pass filters in a feed circuit of comparators and low-pass filters at comparator inputs. The service circuit has a possibility of monitoring voltages of supercondensers, shaping of a common overload signal out of the corresponding signals of active voltage balancing circuits by means of a "wired OR" function and temperature of the device and control of the cooling system. The controller has CAN or RS-428 or Ethernet interface. Active balancing circuits are combined into one two-wire line to be led to the service circuit and arranged on printed circuit boards (two on each).
