FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: multi layered coating is located on preliminarily nitrated surface and contains layer of titanium nitride; coating is made of four layers, each of which is formed from nanolayers; and the first layer is made of titanium nanolayers, the second - of alternating nanolayers of titanium and titanium nitride, the third and fourth layers are made of alternating nanolayers of titanium nitride and aluminium nitride with different ratios of nanolayer widths.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase duration of spool-and-sleeve work from 200 hours to 4000 hours.
