FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to precision wear-resistant anti-friction coatings obtained by vacuum-arc deposition, and can be used in machine building, aircraft construction, in building structures with improved anti-erosion, anti-friction and protective properties. The wear-resistant anti-friction coating for friction pair components contains a nitrated layer and aluminium and titanium nitride layers. The nitrated surface of the component has a first layer of titanium. The second layer is in the form of alternating nanolayers of titanium and titanium nitride. After the third layer, which is in the form of alternating nanolayers of titanium nitride and aluminium nitride, there is a fourth layer made of aluminium nitride.

EFFECT: providing high wear-resistance of the coating, including resistance to an erosive aggressive medium; high operating reliability of serial and new structures in friction assemblies with a distribution valve and prolonging the service life thereof 5-20 times.
