SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermoelectric energy conversion. Method of producing flat thermocouples includes providing an electrically and thermally conductive substrate having one clearance, which divides substrate into substrate regions, fitting thermolegs onto the substrate. Each thermoleg is connected to a region of substrate on a hot side and on a cold side. Mounting a housing so that at least each thermoleg is enclosed. Housing is integrally connected to regions of substrate. Separating parts of substrate in such a way as to prevent flow of electric current between regions of substrate through at least one clearance. Invention also relates to a substrate suitable for carrying out said method, a thermocouple made using said method and a thermocouple module.

EFFECT: technical result is easier manufacture of thermocouple with reduced use of thermoelectric material with high stability of thermocouple.
