FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is revered to hydrocarbon stock conversion procedure that includes the stages wherein the following processes take place: (a) contact of feedstock with hydrogen in hydrotreating conditions with obtainment of hydrotreated product, at that hydrotreating conditions include temperature within the range of 250-480°C, pressure within the range of 10-150 bar and hourly average rate of feedstock supply from 0.1 up to 10 h-1; (b) processing of the hydrotreated product by separating at least hydrogen from the hydrotreated product with obtainment of liquid flow of the hydrotreated product at temperature within the range of 150-280°C; (c) processing of at least a part of the hydrotreated product liquid flow by steaming carried out at temperature within the range of 130-240°C and pressure within the range of 1.5-10 bar in order to separate light products from the hydrotreated product liquid flow with remaining heavy hydrotreated product; (d) separation of the heavy hydrotreated product in the separation zone at low pressure within the range from 0.005 up to 1 bar and temperature within the range of 120-250°C into at least one gaseous steam-stripped fraction, at that at least a part of the steam-stripped liquid product is reheated and returned to the separation zone, moreover at least a part of the above steam-stripped liquid product is reheated due to heat exchange between at least a part of the hydrotreated product liquid flow and/or at least a part of the heavy hydrotreated product.
EFFECT: this procedure allows using heat of process flows for reboiling of steam-stripped heavy stillage bottoms.
