FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: this process allows prevention of plastic film lamination at preset section of joint. Sandwiched film Co consists of outer and inner films 1 and 2, opposed and superimposed to make end sections 3. Sandwiched film Co is located opposite extra element Ad and superimposed thereon. Proposed process comprises connection of outer and inner films 1 and 2 and extra element Ad together nearby one of end section 3 so that first section 4 is composed between outer and inner films 1 and 2. Second section 5 is composed between inner film 2 and extra element Ad. First section 4 features first width W1 and comprises first outer and inner edges E1 and E1' composed by first width W1. Second section 5 features first width W2 and comprises first outer and inner edges E2 and E2' composed by first width W1. Proposed method comprises adjustment of said first and second width W1 and W2. Note here that first width W1 is smaller than second width W2 to make first inner edge E1' composed outside the second inner edge E2'.

EFFECT: ruled out lamination of films at said connection.
