SUBSTANCE: at gapping of compressor's piston groups, a control system monitors the values of gas pressure in the cavities of pistons of both compressor cylinders, and basing on these data an algorithm to deliver electric energy counter pulses to magnetization coils is worked out, the duration of the counter pulses shall provide for braking of the piston groups in the movement end points up to their stop, in the end of the piston group movement. Afterwards when the piston groups approach the extreme gapping points, according to the algorithm, a counter pulse is sent from the control system to one of the magnetization coils. Magnetic fluxes of the same direction are induced in both magnetic conductors, and magnetic poles with different signs are created in the armature bodies. As a result, the armatures are retracted in each other, which leads to the stop of piston groups and further gapping. The same actions are taken by the control system to prevent impact loads at gapping of piston groups as well.
EFFECT: prevention of mechanical connections, higher performance efficiency.
