FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an installation and filtration of a cloudy beverage such as cloudy wine supplied from at least one tank where sediment has formed by means of a filtration installation. The method preferably includes the following stages: a) cloudy beverage is filtered in the first filtration circuit (11) containing filtration modules (6), having smaller diameter channels (9) and is discharged; b) one proceeds with straining the unfiltered liquid remaining after Stage a) and/or cloudy beverage sediment in the second filtration circuit (12) containing filtration modules (7) having larger diameter channels (9) with subsequent discharge.
EFFECT: invention usage will enable quality filtration of cloudy beverage.
