SUBSTANCE: method comprises supplying liquid distillery grains (LDG) into a processing tank (3), concentration of the liquid distillery grains (LDG) in a filtration unit (9), separation of the flow of the concentrated liquid distillery grains to at least the first portion (LDG1) of the flow and the second portion (LDG2) of the flow, return of the first portion of the flow (LDG1) of the concentrated liquid distillery grains to the liquid distillery grains (LDG) located in the processing tank (3), for controlling the content of the dry matter and further processing of the second portion of the flow (LDG2). The device comprises the processing tank (3), the filtration unit (9) for the concentration of the liquid distillery grains, a centrifuge, preferably a separator (16), and a drying device, at that the filtration unit (9) is connected to the processing tank (3) through a return line (17) for the first portion of the flow (LDG1) of the concentrated liquid distillery grains.

EFFECT: increase in the dry matter content in the liquid distillery grains, which facilitates the optimisation of the mode of operation and improves the efficiency of the filtration plant, in addition, in the implementation of the invention the possibility of providing the concentration in the liquid distillery grains at very moderate temperature conditions is achieved, and the product is obtained, which contains protein and does not contain fibres.
