SUBSTANCE: gear wheel includes a body consisting of a hub with a fitment hole and a pair of disks fixed on the hub ends and on the gear rim edges. The gear rim is made of separate teeth that are not connected to each other and are fixed by their ends between the disks. The teeth are truncated in their bases, and working sections of their side surfaces are preserved.

EFFECT: lower expenditures on gear wheel production with their strength characteristics being preserved, improved reparability.
