FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: tooth-wheel consists of a body in the form of a disk with a hub and of a toothed rim with teeth. The disk outside diameter is equal to the diameter of circle of tips of the toothed rim, the toothed rim is made in form of the ring from strap with width equal to the teeth width, which external profile corresponds to profile of the toothed rim designed for this wheel. The ring by one of its end face is secured on the disk end face. The teeth cavities are filled with solidified hard melt, for example plastic, with creation of the ring connecting the teeth cavities, the ring diameter is below the internal diameter of the profile ring.

EFFECT: optimised design of the tooth-wheel, lower costs of its manufacturing.
