SUBSTANCE: mucous membrane is laterally incised in the oral vestibule in the middle between a lower lip and a gum. The skin with the subcutaneous neck muscle is detached throughout from the mental protuberance to the suprasternal notch and extended in the lateral direction to an anterior edge of the sternocleidomastoid muscle. A working space is created by traction method by means of two K-wires. A trocar 3-5 mm in diameter for an instrument is inserted additionally through a skin puncture in the input or output points of the second K-wire on the side opposite the removable fragment.

EFFECT: method enables creating the minimally invasive and surgeon-friendly approach to the thyroid and parathyroid glands with maintaining the cosmetic effect of the surgery.
