FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: storage facility is designed for stationary storage of liquefied natural gas. The storage facility consists of an external reinforced-concrete container covered on the outer side with waterproof finish, in which an internal tank is installed on racks from material with low thermal conductivity and intended for storage of liquefied natural gas, and a piping system for filling and emptying of the internal tank with liquefied natural gas, with that, the external container is located below ground level. The internal tank is made from reinforced concrete; the external container has a detachable cover plate for installation and periodic inspection of the internal tank, and a gap between walls of the external container and the internal tank is filled with dry air; with that, the storage facility is provided with a system for supply and removal of dry air from inter-wall space, which consists of an air supply pipeline and an air removal pipeline, and racks from material with low thermal conductivity are made so that the air supplied from the dry air supply and removal system can be freely circulated between them.
EFFECT: reduction of cost and time for construction and installation work at creation of buried storage facilities.
