FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: to exclude heat inflows to LNG and to increase timing of its non-drainage storage a reservoir 3 is made from reinforced concrete and installed in a container 1 on supports 2, made of materials with low heat conductivity. A gap 4 between the reservoir 3 and the inner walls of the container 1 is filled by a loose heat insulating material. For assembly of the inner reservoir 3 the external container 1 has a detachable roof 5. To add the loose heat insulating material in the roof 5 there are closed process holes 6. To fill and drain the inner reservoir 3 with liquefied natural gas there is a system of filling and draining 7 with pipelines and stop and control valves.
EFFECT: reduced cost and time of civil works in development of submerged storages, increased timing of drainage-free storage of LNG and increased reliability of operation of storages with cryogenic fuel.
