FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanocomposite material based on polytetrafluoroethylene. The nanocomposite structural material contains ultrafine diamond-containing filler. The filler used is ultrafine detonation nanodiamonds, with the following ratio of components: ultrafine detonation nanodiamonds 1.0-5.0%; polytetrafluoroethylene - the balance up to 100%. The material is subjected to radiation modification.
EFFECT: obtaining articles for general industrial use as antifriction and lining-sealing material.
