FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method includes arrangement of turn passes, monitoring of stock size and roughness of treated surface and correction of processing modes. Feedback devices are used, and they perform continuous measurement in process of stock sizes by laser range finders, rigidly fixed at the distance of up to 1 m from the treated surface with account of distance rise from the laser range finder to the treated surface as the metal layer is removed by a cutter per pass, and the roughness value in the place of treated surface - by laser meters of roughness, rigidly fixed at the distance of up to 1 m fixedly at the distance from the treated surface, where the flow of laser radiation is supplied. Then the measured value of stock size is fed to the feedback device and further - into a program development device, with the help of which continuous comparison of the actual stock size is carried out with the specified size for making appropriate adjustments into performed movements of the cutter with provision of compliance of the distance to the treated surface as the stock material allowance is removed in several passes with the specified size of the stock in the place of treatment. At the same time the value of the measured roughness value of the treated surface for comparison with the specified roughness is fed simultaneously into the feedback device and further into the program development device. At the same time roughness of treated surface is higher than the specified in the control program, then they stop the machine and adjust the mode of mechanical treatment, afterwards the machine is started.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of parts manufacturing, reduced roughness of treated surface and reduced time for processing in correction of treatment modes.
