FIELD: physics, optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to colour image shapers and can be used in TV systems and various-purpose displays. In compliance with this process, playback matrix every element is composed by two radiation sources. Radiation source brightness is controlled by video signals so that two light fluxes are produced at every current moment. Said fluxes use spatial mixing to create colours with parameters at colour diagram corresponding to the point on straight line connecting the colours being mixed while saturation corresponds to ratio between brightness of sources. Radiation sources represent the source of permanent and variable chromatic levels. Image element chromatic level is composed by control over video signal by radiation source brightness of permanent chromatic level and brightness and chromatic level of variable chromatic level radiation source brightness.
EFFECT: higher quality of colour transfer and quantity of colour rendered.
