FIELD: machine building; methods of explosion protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for explosion protection of process equipment. Method of explosion protection consists in the fact that in the upper cylindrical part of the valve body, containing heat-insulating and bursting elements and a lined cargo gate covering an opening in the body of the protected object, a sealing membrane is placed pressed against the valve body by means of a cover pin-connected to a lever communicating with the stop. Fastening unit of the bursting element is attached with its upper part to the lever, and with the lower one to the upper cylindrical part of the valve body. Fastening unit of the bursting element is made of a wire, a locking bolt, a plug, a valve cover lever, nuts, two drums that are respectively disposed in the plug of the valve cover lever and in the plug of the upper cylindrical part of the valve body. Ends of the wire are inserted into the holes of the drums and then wound on them. Movable connection of the lined cargo gate with the base of the valve body is made in the form of three vertically mounted rods in the holes formed in the peripheral part of the body of the lined cargo gate. At the bottom, the rods are fixed to the base of the valve body, and an additional damping device is mounted in the upper part, which is fixed to the horizontal rigid stops of the damping rods. Damping rods are made hollow, the inner cavity is filled with a set consisting of at least two damping disks fixed to an elastic axis coaxially disposed with the cylindrical shell of the rod, and between the damping disks, at least one cylindrical helical spring is disposed, the cavity of which is filled with a vibration cushioning material, for example polyurethane. In the fastening unit of the bursting element consisting of a wire, an emergency start warning system is installed, including a safety indicator responsive to the occurrence of an emergency situation, for example, in the form of a sensor responsive to deformation, such as a resistance strain gage, whose output is connected via a communication line to a signal amplifier, for example a strain gage amplifier. Output of the strain gage amplifier is connected to the input of the emergency warning system via the communication line.
EFFECT: invention provides increased efficiency of protection of technological equipment from explosions by increasing lined load gate damping.
