FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: vacuum chamber that makes the anode incorporates the top and bottom sealed covers to house the bin for microspheres and the bin for microspheres with coating and is fitted on the shaft to turn through 180 degrees in vertical plane. Said bins have the shutters for communication with the vacuum chamber and the guides arranged in said vacuum chamber at the angle of 65-75 to vertical. Said vacuum chamber houses the consumable electrode and cathode isolated from said chamber to fire the arc there between and to produce the vapours of the coating metal.
EFFECT: control over the depth of coating applied on the hollow microsphere surface.
