FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostics of defects of technical systems. The device includes at least one noise sensor. The noise sensor is connected to a time discretisation unit and to an output of a channel switching unit. The latter is connected to a fastener of states. The fastener of states processes harmonics. The fastener of states is connected to a finder of a state image. The output of the state image finder is connected to a state dynamics fixation unit. The state dynamics fixation unit is connected to a display, on which data on current and previous states of an object is displayed. An array of amplitudes of signal harmonics from the fastener is supplied to the state image finder. In the state image finder unit there performed is comparison of the obtained array to similar arrays from a state image base, besides, considering confidence intervals and requirements of assessment reliability. If the obtained array has no equivalents in the data base, it is entered to the data base under a conditional name with the required confidence interval.

EFFECT: improving accuracy of assessment of a technical state of mechanisms of transport and stationary systems.
