SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for preparing a paint product and can be used in paint industry. Apparatus for preparing a paint product, comprising a mixer, drive, loading and unloading devices, mixer is made in form of a cylinder inclined at an angle α relative to horizontal axis of rotation with flat end walls of elliptical shape, arranged at different angles β and ψ to axis of rotation and to each other at an angle φ, wherein axis of large diameters of ellipses of end walls are turned at mixer rotational axis relative to each other by an angle ω or are mounted perpendicularly at an angle 90° to rotational axis of mixer, wherein along entire length of mixer along its axis of rotation there is a conical spring with a flat section of turns, which is equipped with a device to vary pitch of turns by stretching or compression and mounted so that smaller diameter of conical spring is arranged inside unloading pin, and large diameter of conical spring is mounted in loading pin.

EFFECT: invention provides widens technological capabilities, simplifies manufacture improves efficiency of apparatus for preparing a paint product.
