FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to devices and methods for individual phototherapy exposing on circadian rhythm and/or treating the disorders caused by light deprivation in the individual. A device represents a mask and comprises a screen covering the patient's eyes so that to block an external radiation from the patient's eyes. The screen has apertures to transmit the external radiation to reach the patient's eyes. The mask comprises radiation emitters having first wave lengths during a first part of the phototherapy, and second wave lengths during a second part of the phototherapy. The emitters are held on the screen so that to direct the radiation onto the eyes. The mask additionally comprises filters arranged in the screen apertures to block the external radiation at wave lengths, which supposing arrived at the patient's eyes, could interfere the phototherapy ensured by the radiation generated by the radiation emitters, and to transmit the external radiation through the apertures at wave lengths not interfering the phototherapy ensured by the radiation generated by the radiation emitters.
EFFECT: using the invention provides higher comfort of the phototherapy.
