FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Versions of a surgical illuminating system, which contains the first laser, configured to emit the first light beam, having the first spectral range, the second laser, configured for the emission of the second light beam, which has the second spectral range, an illuminating probe, optically connectable to the first laser, and a beam combiner for combining the first and second laser beams to form the third laser beam, which has the spectral range of the first and second lasers. The first laser can be configured as a supercontinuum laser. The illuminating probe contains an optic fibre cable for the delivery of at least a part of the first light beam to the place of surgical operation. The optic fibre cable contains an optic fibre core, which has a diameter of 100 microns or smaller.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to simplify the construction of the illuminating system.
