SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an analysis of biological liquids of a different nature. A method for determining concentration of an analyte in a sample involves stages at which at least one output signal value is generated, which depends on concentration of the analyte in the sample; at least one value ΔS is determined from at least one error parameter; at least one value ΔS represents deviation of an inclination or deviation of a normalised inclination relative to at least one basic correlation; at least one above said value of the output signal is compensated by means of at least one basic correlation and at least one value ΔS and concentration of the analyte is determined in the sample from at least one above said value of the output signal. Besides, the invention presents a biosensor system for determination of concentration of the analyte in the sample and sensor platinum for this biosensor system.

EFFECT: achieving improvement of accuracy and reliability of an analysis.
