SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to analysis of biological liquids with the help of biosensor systems. The method to determine concentration of a tested substance in a sample includes: generation of an output signal corresponding to concentration of the tested substance in the sample and an input signal; compensation of the output signal with the help of the main function and the first function of discrepancy to determine a compensated output signal, besides, the main function is designed for compensation of the main error in the output signal, and the first function of discrepancy is intended for compensation of the remaining error in the output signal; and determination of tested sample concentration in the sample according to a compensated output signal. Also a biosensor system of similar purpose is described.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides for increased accuracy and reliability of analysis.
