FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analysis of biological fluids of various nature. Method of determining analyte concentration in a sample comprises steps of: generating at least one output signal from the sample, the output signal having a portion depending on the concentration of the analyte and a portion which does not correspond to analyte concentration caused by at least one error; determining at least one index function, wherein at least one index function relates to at least one error from at least one error parameter, wherein at least one error represents the difference between the analyte concentration and the analyte concentration value compensated by the output signal using the base correlation determined from the experimental data measured by the base instrument; and determining concentration of analyte in sample of at least one output signal depending on at least one index function.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and reliability of analysis.
