FIELD: biotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: biosensor system determines analyte concentration as per an output signal generated by substance particles identified by means of light, or by means of an analyte redox reaction. The biosensor system corrects correlation ratio to determine concentration values of analyte as per output signals or found values of analyte concentration using one or more composite index functions extracted from output signals or received from other sources. Composite index functions determine at least one deviation value of an inclination angle, delta S, or normalised deviation of the inclination angle as per one or more parameters of errors.

EFFECT: improving reliable and accurate determination of concentration of analyte in a specimen.
