FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a pipe member and can be used on pipe elements such as pipes or fittings, intended for the transport of wastewater and effluents. The pipe member inner coating comprises a resin mortar. The resin mortar comprises mineral filler and an organic binder. A method of coating a pipe element is characterized by conveying the mineral filler and introduction of the organic binder in the filler. It also involves mixing the organic binder and the inorganic filler, and optionally reinforcing fibres, forming a resin mortar.
EFFECT: improved durability and abrasion resistance of the lining of pipe elements.
