SUBSTANCE: lipid stabilisation composition includes α-tocopherol and bis-3-(4'-hydroxy-3',5'-ditert-butylphenyl)propyl sulphide, with the following ratio of components in the mixture, wt %: α-tocopherol 3.0-90.9, bis-3-(4'-hydroxy-3',5'-ditert-butylphenyl)propyl sulphide 3.0-9.1, added in concentration of 0.03-0.45% of the weight of lipids.
EFFECT: invention improves inhibiting effect with minimal antioxidant concentrations.
