SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to measurements in particular to weighing, and can be used to measure and to register changes and deviations as per weight of the appropriate separated body parts. In system the units for weighing of the separated body parts for separate weighing of all body parts, and measurements and data processing control unit to control the weighting units and to receive measured data from the weighting units are connected such that ensure free data exchange. Upon the method implementation the weight changes and deviations are registered of the appropriate separated body parts for different time periods and at different body positions. Method of system and measurements method use is combined with methods of analysis for diagnostics.
