In the morning, self-massage is carried out in the periorbital zone simultaneously on both eyes with fingertips. At the first stage, the massage is carried out with vertical stroking movements, alternating the fingers of the right and left hands in the glabella zone from the bottom up. Then, along the line of the eyebrows, alternate stroking and kneading is carried out from the glabella to the lateral edge of the eyebrow. At the second stage, the massage is carried out by stroking ring-shaped movements without skin displacement, first along the upper edge of the orbit from the inner corner of the eye to the lateral edge of the orbit, then along the lower one - in the opposite direction. Next, intermittent kneading is carried out first along the upper edge of the orbit from the inner corner of the eye to the lateral edge of the orbit, then along the lower edge in the opposite direction. At the third stage, the techniques of the first stage are repeated, and each massage movement is carried out 5 times. Hygiene of the eyelids is carried out in the evening in the form of a warm compress and self-massage of the edge of the eyelids with eye gel for 2 minutes.
