FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wireless communication system and provides a radio transmission device and a radio transmission method, through which the increase in the number of signalling bits can be prevented and frequency scheduling flexibility can be improved. A notification resource block group (RBG) computing unit adds a predetermined shift value "1" or "-1" to one of a RBG start index or a RBG end index of the allocation RBG index information (b'i), derived by a scheduling unit (201), whereby notification RBG index information is computed. A unit (204) for establishing the complete number of RBG computes the complete number of RBG to be notified by adding "1" to the complete number of allocated RBG. A notification information generating device (205) uses the notification RBG index information (bi) and the complete number of notification RBG (Nrb') in a predefined formula, whereby generation and transmission of notification information (r) to the terminal is performed.
EFFECT: improved frequency scheduling flexibility.
