SUBSTANCE: to reduce the transmitted service information, a terminal is provided that appropriately transmits and receives signals when operating in an unlicensed band. The terminal (200) comprises: a mapping unit (207) for allocating a signal to a resource based on control information indicating the allocation of groups from the plurality of groups obtained by grouping the plurality of blocks into which the frequency band is divided, and allocating resources in blocks; and a transmitter unit (209) for signal transmission.
EFFECT: reduced transmitted service information.
