FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a power plant of an automobile. In the control method of the automobile power plant there generated is the required maximum torque moment on a clutch, by means of which the torque moment is transmitted between the flywheel and wheels. Then, slipping error occurring on the clutch is reduced by controlling the transmission ratio of an infinitely variable transmission located in a sequence of drive elements between the clutch and the wheels. According to another version of the method, the value of the transmitted torque moment corresponds to the required value of the torque moment of the flywheel. A system for the method's implementation includes a flywheel; automobile wheels; a clutch for transmission of torque moment between the flywheel and the wheels; an infinitely variable transmission located in the sequence of drive elements between the clutch and the above wheels. Besides, the system includes a final drive unit located in series with the above transmission gear in a sequence of drive elements between the transmission gear and the wheels.
EFFECT: improving reliability and smoothness of transmission of torque moment from a flywheel to wheels.
