FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device contains an energy preamplifier on the basis of a spiral magnetic explosion generator (MEG), an energy amplifier on the basis of disk MEG containing elements with disk explosive charges, explosive assembly of disconnection of spiral MEG from disk MEG. The electroexplosive foil circuit breaker is located in a gap between elements of disk MEG and internal surface of its external conductor. The explosively operating closing switch is intended for connection of a load, and the liner ponderomotive assembly is used as a load. In the external conductor of disk MEG in a zone of its input face flange the cross-section filled with dielectric is designed. The explosively operating closing switch is located on the external surface of the external conductor in the section zone. High-voltage isolation is designed as a system of two insulators - coaxial and radial, interfaced to each other through a transitional section as a cavity filled with dielectric liquid. The liner ponderomotive assembly is a uniform assembly unit with a radial section of the transferring line and is fixed on conductors of the coaxial section of the transferring line by means of end flanges.
