FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building, namely, to measurement devices, and may be used not only to study material properties, but also accuracy of studying wear of rubbing surfaces. The device comprises an optical circuit including a light guide, a lighting system with a light diode, a recording system made of a lens and a photodetector, connected with a power supply and control unit via an electronic system made of an amplifier and a microprocessor, connected with an indicator and a PC interface, and a wear hole arranged on the shaft, which serves a base section. The device additionally comprises the second light guide. One light guide is fixed and installed in the hole, the other one is movable and installed in the shaft. Both light guides are designed to study wear of the hole, made on the inner surface of the bushing, and wear of holes and base section on the outer surface of the shaft, and to convert the reflected light flux into an electric signal, they are connected via the lighting and recording systems of the optical circuit with the electronic system and via the power supply and control unit serving to control mode of operation of the pulse light diode with a retuned wave length of the lighting system. The lighting system is additionally equipped with a lens, the recording system - with a light filter and a lens, and both systems are additionally equipped with a light divider installed in them.

EFFECT: expanded capabilities, increased accuracy of studying wear of rubbing surfaces and reduced time of study.
