SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the application of an aerosol-generating composition as means for influencing the Earth atmosphere or stratosphere in order to reduce the intensity of solar radiation and temperature of the Earth surface. The aerosol-generating composition includes a fuel-binder from the group of nitrocellulose, polyether, polyepoxide, polyurethane hardening synthetic resins or synthetic rubbers, or their mixture, an additional fuel from the group, including carbon, nitroglycerin, plasticisers, organic azides of S-triazine series, a coolant from the group, including potassium chloride, metal oxides or their mixture with clay or cement, a technological additive - silicon dioxide or sulphoricinate and oxidiser from the group, including nitrates, nitrites, perchlorates of metals or ammonium. Also described is a generator for burning the said aerosol-generating composition.

EFFECT: invention provides the reduction of the solar radiation intensity from 82 to 15% and the temperature of the Earth surface due to the creation of the aerosol filter - artificial cloudiness at a certain height from the Earth surface, retaining a part of the solar energy moving towards the Earth.
