FIELD: feed production.

SUBSTANCE: equipment for the production of expanded feed in granular form for cattle. The line includes a screw feeder, mixer, expander, grinder, pellet press, cooler, water and grain tanks, two-section distribution device with sections for fat with molasses and water, fat and molasses analyzer, water analyzer, water filter, purified water tank, electronic control unit, personal computer, multimedia devices, container for fat with molasses, controller. The water section is connected to the water tank, and the inputs of the tanks of the two sections are connected, respectively, to the analyzers of fat with molasses and water. The output of the fat and molasses analyzer is connected to the input of the mixer, which is connected to a container for a mixture of fat with molasses and grain. The output of the water analyzer is connected to the input of a water filter connected to the input of a fat and molasses container located above the expander. The personal computer is connected to multimedia devices, and the controller is connected to the inputs of the chopper, pellet press and cooler, while 2-way valves connected to an electronic control unit are used to regulate the supply of feed components.
