FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: hydrophobic cement including portland cement and hydrophobisator, besides, portland cement is represented in the form of a portland cement clinker, natural calcium sulphate dihydrate, a water repellent, containing a mixture of peat and graphite at the following ratio in terms of absolutely dry substance, wt %: peat - 0.5-99.5, graphite - 0.5-99.5; or mixture of peat or coal at the following ratio in terms of absolute dry substance, wt %: peat - 0.5-99.5, coal - 0.5-99.5; or mixture of graphite, coal at the following ratio in terms of absolute dry substance, wt %: graphite - 0.5-99.5, coal - 0.5-99.5; or mixture of peat, graphite and coal at the following ratio in terms of absolute dry substance, wt %: peat - 0.5-99.5, graphite - 0.5-99.5, coal - 0.5-99.5 and additionally contains the defoaming agent at the following ratio of components, wt %: portland cement clinker - 94.96-95.52, natural calcium sulphate dihydrate - 3.96-3.98, water repellent - 0.28- 0.30, defoaming agent - 0.20-0.80.

EFFECT: production of portland cement, having hydrophobic properties with increased time of its storage under conditions of high relative air moisture, without reduction in quality of cement mortar and concrete on its basis.
