SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication. The mobile device (300) designed with a possibility of wireless connection to LTE system providing a possibility to transmit to this mobile device the call priority information specifying the processing priority level for incoming call and with 3G system providing a possibility to transmit a blocking information by access class defining blocking of incoming call depending on class of access of incoming call to this mobile device is offered. If the incoming call is a priority call, the priority level of which contained in the information of the call priority specifies a higher priority of processing in comparison with other calls, and blocking on the basis of information of blocking depending of then access class is configured, the mobile device (300) establishes connection with 3G system and processes the incoming call, without taking into account the information of blocking by the access class.

EFFECT: possibility of control of incoming calls according to the radio communication system requirements even if the levels of priority of the incoming call pre-set in the named radio communication systems differ.
