SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the means of managing calls between mobile terminals. The method includes the following steps: upon receiving a notification of a priority call request from a call management node (P-CSCF), a priority management node (PCRF) determines, whether the ARP channel priority is to be changed to the higher value than the one set in the channel for a call management signal, in order for the call management node to send the call request signal from a gateway (P-GW) to a mobile terminal (UE). If the change is required, then the ARP channel priority is changed to a higher value. Also, if necessary, the mobile terminal is called using the priority set for the call management signal.
EFFECT: result of the invention is priority transmission of the multimedia subsystem call management signal along the IP (IMS) protocol for a priority call.
